Even if you’re never been to Whole Foods’ bakery section, you’ve likely heard of its Berry Chantilly Cake. It’s so popular the store turned it into an ice cream flavor. And it’s not overhyped either; even pastry chefs love it. Perfectly balanced and loaded with berries and fresh cream, the cake is a go-to pick if my family needs a quick last-minute dessert. So when we finally developed a copycat recipe here at The Kitchn, I was eager to give it a try.
