Butter Chicken Meatballs

Murgh makhani, also known as butter chicken, is one of life’s most blissful luxuries. The chicken is typically marinated in yogurt for hours until extra-tender, and then cooked in a rich, creamy, aromatic tomato sauce. That said, I don’t always have time to marinate every time I yearn for butter chicken. That’s where chicken meatballs can really swoop in and save the day. Baked chicken meatballs are mess-free and already tender, so that’s a win.
