There are a lot of tricks and hacks that promise the “perfect” bacon, and I’ve tried my fair share of them. I’ve tested dropping an entire pack in a saucepan (just like Snoop Dogg suggests), cooking it in a saucepan with water, and even coating it entirely in flour before baking. If I like a method, I write about it, but inevitably someone will leave a comment on my story about how cooking bacon in the oven is better. I get it. It’s easy.
