Remember when society seemingly first discovered avocado toast? It was everywhere. It was all people posted on Instagram. Avocados were practically declared the produce of the year, whatever mid-2010s year that was. And if I’m being honest, I’m pretty sure I had some avocado toast pajamas. Although avocado toast had been around long before then, I understood the infatuation with the breakfast dish as I was obviously a fan.
